Board of Director meetings are scheduled on Saturdays and start
promptly at 8:00 am unless otherwise stated.  On rare occasions,
when the agenda is long, meetings may start Friday evening from 7:00 pm
and adjourn at 9:00 pm and begin again Saturday morning at 8:00 am.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend and volunteers are always
needed.  Please RSVP the office if you are interested in attending. Additional printed materials, lunch and often additional seating need to be arranged.  

If you have a suggestion, item, or topic you wish to present to the board for discussion, please contact the office with it so it can be added to the agenda.
