PRONHORN ANTELOPE HUNT FOR 2 HUNTERS                                 SA

Well known outfitter and long time Eastern Chapter supporter B Joe Coy has donated a 5-
day Trophy Pronghorn Antelope hunt for 2 hunters. The location of the hunt will be either
Glenrock or Douglas, Wyoming. The dates of the hunt can be arranged between
September 24th and October 31st 2009 depending on location and season dates. The
donation includes transportation to and from the hunting area. Accommodations will be at
a local Motel with the average cost for a room for 2 hunters being $45 dollars per night.
Breakfast and supper will be at local restaurants at the hunter’s expense. Not included is
transportation to and from Glenrock or Douglas Wyoming. Each hunter is required to
apply for the Non- Resident limited entry draw Antelope license by March 15th at a cost
of $ 360 and a $12 Conservation Stamp. This outfitter has had 100% draw success in his
areas. B Joe reports that there are large numbers of Antelope in the area. Additional
hunt space is available at $2,500 and a non hunter is welcome at $ 500.

NEW YORK DUCK & GOOSE HUNT                                                          SA

Life member Tim Furness of Webfoot Guide Service has come through with this trip for
four man for a half day duck & goose hunt in upstate New York. Hunt out of field blinds
and layout blinds in private fields and marshes in the Finger Lakes and Rochester, New
York regions. This hunt is to take place in the 2009 - 2010 license years. Transportation
is included from the airport and three meals and lodging can be provided for an
additional cost of $ 100 per hunter.  Extra days can be added at the prices listed in their
brochure or website and an additional hunt space is available for $300 per hunter.

STONE SHEEP HUNT                                                                                    SA

This is a ten day horseback hunt for a trophy Stone Sheep Ram in the Yukon. The hunt
includes 1 on 1 guide service all meals, trophy care and accommodations while hunting.
Although this is listed as a horseback hunt, the hunter should be prepared to do some
backpacking if necessary. The lucky high bidder is responsible for air travel to and from
Whitehorse, Yukon and should plan on an overnight stay in Whitehorse 1 night prior to
and 1 night after the hunt. Hotel costs run around $300. The hunter is also responsible
for the license and Government fees which are approximately $450 and the air charter to
base camp which is $1300. Hunt dates are available in August of 2009 or 2010 with the

DESERT BIGHORN SHEEP HUNT - SONORA, MEXICO                         SA

LAKE ONTARIO FISHING CHARTER                                                        SA

This is an 8 hour fishing charter for 3 anglers for King Salmon on Eastern Lake Ontario.
The donation includes all tackle, bait and fishing equipment. The charter takes place out
of the Little Salmon River – Mexico Bay, New York. The dates of the trip can be
scheduled between July and September 2009 with best fishing dates in August and
September. This trip is provided by Exhibitor and Donor -Yukon Joe Charters, so stop by
their booth and visit with them at the 2009 convention. The fishermen are responsible for
the $ 25 fishing license and transportation to and from the marina. No accommodations

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BIGHORN SHEEP HUNT                                         SN

John and Sheila Alstott have donated a hunt for a trophy Rocky Mountain Bighorn Ram.
The hunt is for 14 days with 12 full days of hunting. This is a horseback hunt based out
of their sheep camp in area 428 North Ram River. You will spend your days riding and
glassing for a trophy ram and return to base camp at night to a well cooked meal. The
donation includes pick up and return to the Calgary International Airport as well as wall
tent accommodations, all meals and one on one guide service. The hunter still needs to
be able to walk and climb to access the sheep in the high mountain basins. The season
in Alberta runs from September 1st to October 15th in 2009 and the hunter can schedule
his dates directly with the outfitter for either the first or second hunt period. The hunter is
responsible for the Alberta License and tags (Approximately $400 Canadian) as well as
the 6% GST tax (50% of the GST tax is refundable). The hunter is also responsible for
the flight to and from Calgary, Alberta. A non hunter is welcome at the rate of $ 300 per
day and additional hunt space is available at the rate of $ 26,500. The outfitters long

ALASKAN BROWN BEAR HUNT                                                                     SA

Neil Webster has come through again with this super donation.  This coastal Brown Bear
hunt will take place at his U.S. Forest service concession in Dry Bay, Alaska.  The 10 day
hunt can take place in the spring or fall of the 2009 or 2010 season. Arrange your dates
directly with the outfitter. Accommodations during the hunt range from cabins to frame
tents. The point of outfitting is Yakutat, Alaska. The hunter is responsible for the charter
cost to base camp as well as the non-resident license ($85.00) and bear tag ($500.00)
and the 4% Borough tax.  Non-hunters are welcome at a price of $2,500. Additional

DALL SHEEP HUNT                                                                                           SN

Alaska Trophy Hunts has donated a Dall sheep hunt in Alaska for a trophy Dall ram. The
hunt is for 10 days and includes your guide, food, super cub transportation from Base
camp to your spike camps. Most of the hunting takes place in GMU -19 which is about
150 air miles from Wasilla, Alaska. Tom’s base camp features wall tents with cots, a
separate cook tent and many other amenities for your comfort. All spike camps have
Satellite phones for communication with base camp. Non-hunting companions are
welcome at the rate of $200 per day. The hunt can be taken in the fall of 2009 or 2010.
Not included in the donation is transportation to and from Alaska, transportation to and
from base camp and your license fees. Additional hunters are welcome at the rate of

CHESAPEAKE BAY DUCK HUNT                                                                 SA

Take a break and enjoy a day of hunting sea ducks with Captain Lawrence Tyler of
Diving Ducks. The hunt takes place on Tilghman Island on the Chesapeake Bay in
Maryland. The hunt is for 4 hunters for 1 day of shooting Old Squaw, Black, White-

MULE DEER HUNT IN BRITISH COLUMBIA FOR TWO PEOPLE                  SA

This is a seven day trophy Mule Deer hunt during the rut in November, 2009.  It is for two
hunters. The hunt is conducted on horseback, 4 wheeler or pickup.  Hunters can expect
to see heavy horned Mule Deer in the 20 - 28 inch class.  The hunt is conducted on the
winter range and boasts 100% opportunity.  Accommodations during the hunt are in wall
tents. There is a $200. US fee for pick-up at the Kamloops airport to Clinton and return
for each hunter.   Purchasers are also responsible for the hunting license ($180) and

Archery Pronghorn Antelope Hunt                                                                SA

Paradise Outfitters have donated a 4 day archery hunt in North West South Dakota for a
trophy Pronghorn Antelope. The hunt will take place approximately the third week of
September 2009 during the peak of the Antelope rut. This will be a spot and stalk hunt
with the use of decoys and will have lots of action.  The outfitter only offers a couple of
hunts a year to keep the quality high. The outfitter specializes in personalized service
and will work to customize the hunt to meet the hunter’s needs. Also included in the
donation are bird hunting, varmint hunting and scenic tours of the surrounding area.
Airport pick up at Rapid City, South Dakota or Bismarck, North Dakota is available for an
additional fee. Wayne also offers great Upland Bird Hunting on his ranch including
Pheasants, Sharp-tail Grouse and Hungarian Partridge and the ranch also has some
great Varmint hunting. A Non-hunter is welcome at the rate of $250 per day. Additional
hunt space is available at the rate of $ 2,895. Accommodations and meals during the
hunt are at the outfitters home and are included in the donation. The hunter is
responsible for the $ 195 Archery Tag and the $ 135 Small Game tag as well as the

2 - SPECIE HUNT IN BRITISH COLUMBIA                                                     SA

5-Stone Outfitting have come through with another great donation for our 2009
convention and they will be exhibiting again. This hunt can be scheduled for either
September 11th – 21st or September 22nd – October 2nd, 2009 and includes the trophy
fee for a Canadian Moose and a Mountain Goat. This hunt is for 10 days and will feature
a mixture of Horseback, boat and backpacking to harvest you trophies. The hunter is
responsible to travel to and from Smithers, British Columbia and is also responsible for
the air charter to base camp which runs approximately $ 1,450 and should plan to
overnight before and after the hunt in Smithers which is approximately $ 125 per night.
The lucky high bidder also is responsible for all license and tag which are as follows; Non-
Resident license $ 180, Canadian Moose $ 250, Mountain Goat $ 350, Wolf $ 50, N.R.H.
P.F fund $ 125. There is also the possibility of harvesting an interior Grizzly Bear for a $
10,000 trophy fee plus the $ 1,030 tag or a Black Bear for $ 2,000 plus the $ 180 tag.
The hunt includes one on one guide service as well as all meals and accommodations will
be in a cabin or wall tents. A non hunter is welcome at the rate of $ 200 per day and
